Threatened by the delivery driver.

On the 03/04/2024 they delivered my credit card. The guy that delivered my credit card was high and his eyes were stuck in the back of his head. He looked for trouble with me and had another guy in the car with him which intimidated me. He also shouted at me which is unprofessional.

Today the 04/09/2024 they sent me an sms at 10:26 to say that my debit card will be delivered shortly. At 12:00 I phoned and asked when will the card be delivered only to be told that they were her and phoned but no one was at home even though i never got any calls?????

The driver then said he was here at 09:45 and I never answered my phone. I find it strange because the SMS saying the driver is around the corner was only sent to me at 10:26.

You have made me loose an entire days salary sitting waiting for no one!!!

If the same guy that came on the 03/09/2024 comes to deliver my card again I will not even go out of my house and collect it as he is **** bag. Please make sure that someone else delivers my debit card.
