This place is a joke

I have a packed schedule every day. I made arrangements for this company to deliver my cards to the bank branch. I was told to fetch one of the cards yesterday. I went, the card wasn’t there. That’s fine. The kicker is when I called the call Centre. First they hung up on my, then they hung up on the FNB guy who tried to call them. I then called them today and talked to Nicole. What a nightmare. She kept cutting me off trying to get me to hang up without actually helping. I had to suggest ways for her to resolve my issues. FNB needs to find another courier service.
