This company should close down.

If Possible i would rate this company in the negatives. This business might as well close down because whatever they are doing is not working. Imagine being told the driver is coming in the next 30 minutes for about 4 time (2 hours) and then realizing you can't lie no more and prefer just to say sorry with no remedy or solutions. It seems they are never on time and never communicate. Worse than City Power SLA and standards.
