This company is very unprofessional

Had the worst experience. The driver came 3 hours early to diliver.Told him I was at work, my work is hour away. Decide to drive back home when I told him I made arrangements to come back early he said he is not coming back,I must drive to him to fetch my parcel. Phoned call center spoke to three different agents explaining one and same thing coz t hey kept on transfering me.The last one just said he will call me back and that was it. Everyone I spoke to from this company just doesn't care.
