This company could be great...

Ordered a Rain Router, which would be delivered by CCD. Recieved a phone call, email and a whatsapp message confirming delivery and address. Driver arrived, but would not hand over the package to my mother. Didn't even ask for any documentation which was on hand. Received a call asking if someone was at home, I rep**** yes and that my mother would be signing for it. Driver leaves. What was the point of the call? This could have been a 5 star review but for lack of communication between person who phoned me and the driver.
