I was smsed that my card would arrive Today 18/3/2019. I phoned this morning to get an estimate time, and after 6, yes 6 calls i was told, round about 1 o clock. At half past 4 i phoned back to ccd couriers, where i was told firstly they cant reach the driver and secondly i wasnt there when he came. I was home the whole day, i asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for 15 minutes then the call dropped. Phoned back again, stating my case to the new guy, same replies, asked to speak to the manager again. He put me on hold till 17:05 and then (i could clearly hear it) put down the phone knowing i couldnt phone back as it was after 5. Im leaving on vacation tomorrow at ten. Seeing as ccd has my card with the pin enclosed in the envelope i have no choice as to make a theft case at the sapd against ccd couriers
