They have casued major upset between myself and my banking platform

They have casued major upset between myself and my banking platform . The service delivery is absolutely uselss. I was supposed to have my card on the 13th June 2025 it is now the 24th of June 2025 and i still don't have my card, i have even offered to collect my card at their local branch in my area and still now luck. I would rather choose a blind dog to deliver my card, i would probably get it faster.
