they dont deliver period.

Horrible service. i scheduled for my package to be delivered. they called the next day to reschedule again because they were running late on the day they were suppose to deliver after both myself and them agreed on the delivery day and time. i don't know why companies still use them for deliveries. i have told them i am cancelling the Rain deal i had taken because of them. i hope rain learns from this and they find another courier company to deliver their products.
