They did okay for me
I was concerned reading all the negatives. in my case they arrived 1.5 hrs late, but had alerted me and asked if it were possible for me to be there. I went back ... their guy arrived ... pleasant and efficient. Took 5 mins. Said he had to do someone else's work as well as his, they were 'sick' Minus 1 star for being late.
