THEY ARE USELESS, WONDER HOW FNB WORKS WITH SUCH

<p>Cancelled MY FNB card on the 28th. They phoned and told me that they can only be in my area on the 10th(10 working after) I asked them why so late and they said they use an automated dialing system that automatically dial the number, so they do not decide when to call.</p> <p>I agreed becuase I need the card</p> <p>Yesterday 10th , the ccd delivery guy called to ask for direction and I gave him. I then told him to sms his ID number, names and car reg so I can arrange Port access. he agreed but didnt send, after an hour or so, I missed a call for the CCD office, I phoned back and told them that I am waiting for the guy and he still needs to send him details. They then told me that they will get him to call me. He never did and I didn't receive his sms with details.</p> <p>This morning I received an sms that CCD was unable to contact me to arrange delivery.</p> <p>Why could companies and individuals want to tarnish their reputation becuase of a company like CCD Couriers</p>
