the worst experience I have had with couriers

I am not happy with this CCD couriers, its midday and still no delivery , Sharon Kekana the supervisor says that they need my signature and no one else can collect on my behalf, I HAVE OTHER THINGS I NEED TO ATTEND TO. FNB needs to go for another courier company this CCD couriers is just not working out, meaning when they deliver for you, you have to sit idle the whole day!!!!! 10 million thumbs down for CCD!!!!
