the worst ever

Hi, I have been waiting for my Rain sim card which we paid for on 11 April 2023, we have not heard anything from them I have tried calling and was told we calling the wrong number which was the same number on our confirmation email this is the last resort I paid for something I still do not have. This is by far the worst experience of a courier company and internet company.
