The worst customer service - No delivery

I am at my wits end with your team , on the 9th March you scheduled a delivery and unfortunately I was not at home and I personally made the call to reschedule the next day after I asked the consultant to ask teh drriver to wait for me for 5 mins I would be at my house, she refused to give me the drivers number nd we scheduled the next day on the 10th. I waited the entire day at home and pm I called CC courier only to be told the advisor did not schedule the delivery. I then rescheduled again the 18th, Once again I waited the whole day nothing happened, no phone call no nothing. I called again yesterday I made it clear to the lady that i would be at home and told her I want delivery today , guess what same bull **** again , I called and Now I'm told the system pre select the dates, not sure when will delivery take place . I want my card TODAY before COB. This is utter ******* that i cancel my plans and wait at home the whole day.
