The worst, a nightmare of confusion, uncoordinated callers, dozens of calls asking for the same confirmation and FICA like information, repetitive sms, delivery times scheduled and not adhered to, system records that are not updated, couriers that don't know how to ring a door bell or make a call. If the banks had any interest in customer satisfaction that would stop all their business with these mismanaged couriers.
