THE WORST COURIER EVER!!!!!!

They claim to come to my house to deliver my card, yet they never came to my house. at the same time, I was waiting for delivery of my medications. so I had to be home whole day. Now I have to incur costs. which wasn't even my Fault! after making numerous calls to you, I get cut off by your employees! this is the type of service you deliver. To LIE and say you were at the client's house, and you only stay there '5 minutes' due to safety's sake Really! Can you not communicate it from the start to inform clients of this. So, if one is sitting in the loo THEY MUST RUSH OUT to come to the gate otherwise you leave. Such Nonsense I tell you! You must literally sit at the gate in the HOPE that you will arrive in your OWN TIME!!
