The worst courier company ever !

Rude driver called Lawrence Madonsela without any listening s****s , comes to deliver at my house and tells me my ID copy wasn’t clear enough so I took all my documents from him and told him I’m coming back to make new copies ,when I got back there was noone, called the company as to why this happened no one gave me a clear answer , I’m being told I have an unclear ID copy . The management had to put me on hold for more than 15 minutes and eventually cut me off !
