The most useless delivery company ever!!!

I wish there was zero instead of a 1 star rating. This company received my parcel yesterday in the morning, I phoned in later during the day to only find out my order would be delivered Monday after waiting over a week. I was told it would be escalated, I received a call today and was told that delivery can only be from Thursday next week or the other following week.

The most useless delivery company I've ever come across in my life.
