The most disgusting and appalling service

This courier service doesn’t even deserve a star rating. Your delivery service called me saying my cards will be delivered between 8am and 10am on 12/12/2022. I am still waiting for my cards. I am the one having to call you to find out what’s going on and I am not even getting a straight answer or solution. Your service is appalling. I don’t even know why Nedbank uses this courier service with so many complaints about it
