The LIES are too much

Why does ABSA use these guys for courier is still a mystery to me. The amount of lies that they tell is just too much. They were supposed to deliver the card on the Thursday. They sent me smses saying the driver was delayed but still on his way. They even called and said he’s an hour away. What a hate the most is the lies. Now they say they can’t deliver today because I didn’t confirm. Where was I supposed to confirm because I was expecting my delivery yesterday.
