The Eskom of courier companies

CCD representative called me on Friday to set up pickup of parcel and they have not yet collective the device and this is a time sensitive matter and i have paid for this to be done, I informed the representative that I will not have a phone to be contacted on but i will be at my work address were they have delivered numerous times, please this is pathetic now . I have called they number *** more then 20times now to try and get some clarity but there is no answer.
