The definition of *********** - CCD Couriers

What a bad courier service. No Communication other than an appointment email stating that they would deliver card between 8am and 4pm... They then arrive at 7:30 when I am not present. Received a call, and was told that they would deliver in the next 3-5days... To have it delivered at a specific time, I would have to pay additional fee... I then instructed them to deliver it at the nearest branch, I was told that I would get an SMS... Ja right.. I now have to waste my time following up as to what happened to my card... How FNB decided to use this useless *********** company is beyond me... In today's digital age, there no excuse for a lack of communication, other than incompetence...
