Thapelo Hlatshwayo I've been trying to get my phone back I've paid the courier fees of R300.00 I've been sent from pillow to post with all the excuses in the world... I've even offered to collect my phone which is a 10 min drive away from me..... They said no I can't and I have to wait till Monday. That is not good enough. They collected the phone from me a week ago and it's now ready for collection ****py customer care.

04 Feb 2022, 14:51Not 1 of your representatives have made any contact with me I've phoned them and they told me to phone intecell to ask them to phone your company to make an urgent delivery and I should pay extra after i had already paid R300 this is left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
