To whom it may concern,

I recently lost my bank cards and ordered the replacements.

With in a few day`s I received a call from CCD, and the lady in the call center was so polite and helpful. She made an appointment for the next day and I even got an SMS notifying me of my delivery and all the documentation I need for them to give me my bank cards. Once the courier got to my address the whole process took like 8 minuets. This was a very pleasant experience.

The Call Centre agent as well as the driver was so positive it is inspiring thank you guys for making my week.
