Terrible terrible service

<p>I must say I am bitterly dissappointed in the service, or lack thereof , from this company. My fiance has been waiting for his credit card to be delivered for the last week. The first day they were going to come, they did not. They then sent a whole bunch of emails stating that they could not get hold of him??? Which is ******* becuase they had phoned him earlier that day. </p> <p>We were then told that they would deliver today after 5 o'clock. We are on day number 3 of no service. Trying to get hold of them is an absolute nightmare. You can hear someone pick up and put down the phone straight away. You hold for up to 25 mins.</p> <p> </p> <p>My credit card was delivered to the branch and they keep saying that they wont.</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID AT THIS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY. ABSA , you are doing yourself an absolute diservice using this company. We are still waiting for a credit card they may not be delivered due to the absolute shocking company.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
