Terrible service of CCD Couriers

I phoned the call centre off CCD Couriers at 11:30 and asked if they can tell me when my FNB card will be delivered because I have meetings to attend and I just want to plan my day, the person came back and told me that she just spoke with the courier and delivery will be 12:30, I prosponed my meeting and waited, 13:30 I phoned to find out where is the delivery, this person told me I must wait it will be between 14:00 and 15:00, this is when they are in my area. I told him they told me delivery will be 12:30 and he must find out what happened, he put me on hold for over 14 minutes and didnt come back to me, I again phoned and spoke with the call centre manager and she said they cant give me a time it will be between 08:00 and 16:00 and she will phone me back, she phoned back and said they cant give me a time because the courier is still busy. Very very poor service, I will never use CCD Couriers.
