Terrible service from CCD

CCD Couriers was scheduled to deliver my credit card last week on Friday. We waited at the appointed time and called the Call Centre. The lady at the call centre promised to call me back but she did not. And now on calling the Call Centre, we are being informed that we were not available for delivery. This is completely incorrect and poor service delivery from CCD. The call centre agents do not even try and offer an apology!
