Terrible service delivering bank card

<p>CCD Couriers are completely unreliable and unhelpfull. Was told to wait to receive bank card between 12:00 and 14: 00. Spent 2 hours waiting and then received message that courier would be late. Then arranged for delivery between 15:00 and 16:00 bevause that was the only time I was still available. The courier only showed up at 17:45 and of course I was not there to receive the bank card. Courier told my wife that he could then only come 5 days later. I phoned then and arranged that I the latest I could receive it was 4 days later. Person on phone said that it would be arranged as such. Then received mail and SMS that they would only deliver between 12:00 and 14:00 on Tuesday (5 days later). </p>
