TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible Service from call center and driver! I was supposed to receive my FNB card on the 10th of December. On the 9th I realized I will not be available so I called and asked if my colleague could receive it for me which I was told they can and I gave them the requested Information. Upon delivery on the 10th my colleague's name was not on the list because they simply forgot to add it. Rescheduled to have it delivered today the 12th of December 2019 keeping in mind work ends at 4pm. I called numerous times to no answer,eventually at 16:10 I get through and explain the situation the person on the call center explains they cannot get hold of the driver. When the driver eventually calls me at 16:40 telling me oh I arrived but no one is here after I specifically arranged for delivery to be done before 4pm. Not single apology. Pathetic service with rude and bad attitude drivers.
