Terrible Service - CCD Couriers

Very pathetic services!!!! for a business i should really rate a - 100 . I took a day off just to be at home to receive my wifi sim and whilst i was in a meeting the courier guy named Emmanuel tried to call me and when i call back to the contact center they tried to put me through to him and he said he couldn't hear me and dropped the phone. After trying to call back the contact center again to get me through to him they mentioned that he is not answering his call anymore!!! A log to his manager was done of which i waited with no luck, have been calling for the whole day to find out if i will ever receive my order.Nthabiseng the agent at least did her best to follow through. Very disappointing service form the courier guy he is letting you done in a BIG WAY!!! His name is Emmanuel note that!!
