Terrible service

Rain asked them to deliver a modem to me, they called to set up a delivery time which was 5 days hence. On the day they said they could not come but would reschedule. They phoned the day after they were meant to come and scheduled a new appointment for 3 days hence. They also took all my information down again, including the delivery address etc. Terrible service. On the contrary I booked a collection with The Courier Guy, they came within 2 hours to collect on the same day and delivered within 48 hours - amazing service. I hope CCD will go bankrupt soon and out of business. Why does Rain even use them?
