Terrible service

Fnb card delivery. I was supposed to receive my card on Wednesday they called me at 4:00 in the afternoon to tell me that the courier vehicle had a breakdown. The lady asked me to reschedule for Friday and when I would be available I told her I'd be available at 3 she said the delivery would happen anywhere between 1 and 4 n did not ask me for a third party when I told her I might not be available. The courier vehicle arrived today and refused to give my card to my mother who had my ID. I phoned and told them they should give it to her they said they cannot I asked them to deliver it to the branch. I then phoned again to confirm that they delivered it to the branch the lady phoned the Courier and told me it was delivered. I then arrived at the FNB branch to find that my card was not delivered when I phoned again the guys started telling me that they told me it will be delivered on Monday to the branch. Apparently he listen do the recording and told me what I was saying was false and saying they would never say the card will be delivered between 3 and 4. This is complete and utter terrible service from CCD couriers. FNB should use a different courier.
