Terrible service

I just called in to CCD couriers for the delivery of my FNB credit card which has been there since July, firstly my contact details were incorrect again when i called in as i rectified same yesterday and they ddnt update it , then I was told I have to pay R250.00 for confirmation of the delivery day , which I find strange, why am I charged for the confirmation of a MERE date?! surely i should know as some days i am at home some at the office so as to provide the correct address ..very disappointed by this
