Terrible service

I ordered a Rain Home Wifi and I was Contacted by CCD saying that the device will be couriered on Wednesday 06 December 2023 between 8am & 12pm and that I should make sure I am home

12:33pm I get an SMS notification stating that the courier is experiencing a delay and that a CCD consultant will contact me

I only received a call 07 December 2023 saying that my delivery will be made on the 11th December.

This is totally unacceptable.... I work online and I moved all my meeting to Wednesday 06 from 14:00 As I believed I would have the delivery

I won't wait till the 11 as this is costing me money everyday
