Terrible Service

I received an SMS on Monday the 16th on October 2023 to say that CCD has received my card and will be in contact shortly with regards to the delivery , 3 days had passed and I had not received contact from them! My card is expiring so i decided to take it upon myself and call them. To note this the lady assisting me tells me that i cannot have my card delivered on tomorrow being Friday and i would have to wait until Monday. I believe this is absolutely unacceptable. Causing the fault on your end then telling a customer they cannot assist in the way they are supposed to ? How does that work. Terrible Service
