Terrible service

Terrible service. I have been waiting for a delivery for 3 weeks. I keep getting emails and smses saying they tried to call me, but not once have i gotten a call from them. Finally managed to arrange for a delivery today, then they just dont show up. He claims he tried to call but he couldn't get a hold of me. Even after arranging that i would be available all day
