Terrible Service

CCD Couriers has to be the worst courier service when it comes to customers. I was promised a delivery On the 10th of December 2018. My parcel arrived. I signed all documents then when it was time to swipe my card, I was told the machine was faulty. How do you send out staff with faulty equipment. None the less i was told by a very rude Drive it wasnt his problem and he will come back later, Which of course never happened. O phoned back just after 3pm in which the Driver personally told me he would be at my place of business at 10.00am. Well that never happened nether. I then phoned the call center again only to be told my parcel was never loaded for today's delivery. As i was expressing my frustration to the Manager named Sharon, I on;y get "MMM MMM MMM MMM Response. And this from a so called manager. I suggest any one dealing with this company rethink it.

I will also be contacting Intellicel where my parcel was coming from and suggest they do not use CCD in future as they will loose more clients this way.
