Terrible service

This courier company called me to arrange Discovery credit card and even send me email confirmation to deliver today between 12 - 1p.m . They did not come and did not even call to tell me why there is delay. I called the office in Johannesburg ad they transferred me to Durban office and the phone was not picked up.

Worst service ever. I just received a call from the company they told me they had send my card to a wrong address and will be able to send my card next week Tuesday. This is worrying because they are handling such a sensitive documents but it seems there is lot of negligence.
