Terrible Service!

<p>I have been waiting for my bank card for 10 days now! I received a message saying my card would be delivered 19/01/17 between 8-10 after communicating with the driver that I only start at 09:00 he assured me I'd be the next stop, when he still hadn't arrived at 12:00 I called him to say i needed to go out (as my job requires) He assured me he'd stop at me by 15:00, I ensured I was back on time to sign for my card and the driver never pitched or answered my calls. I then received a call saying the soonest they could deliver now was Tuesday 24/01/17 between 12:00 - 14:00 again I reminded them THIS IS MY BANK CARD - I NEED IT URGENTLY so today I arranged my whole day around their delivery times only to receive a call at 13:00 to say the driver is running late but will make it before we close offices, its now 16:22 and I've heard nothing back. I've called the call centre and given my reference only to be told by Shatavia that she will get someone "in charge" to call me. Seriously? How shocking is this service. Firstly I need my card every day, I've been very patient and understanding. Secondly, I work, I cannot sit around all day waiting for *********** drivers! Thirdly, you've had my card in your possession for 10 days! this is ridiculous.</p>
