Terrible delivery service, they don't care

Terrible experience. Was phoned on Monday to confirm delivery for Tuesday, address and time. After making sure the address is correct AND that the courier goes to the correct suburb, I got phoned and told sorry your package has been sent with the wrong courier and is now in Arcadia, we will not be able to deliver to you, please wait till Wednesday. They make no effort to correct the wrong on their side as the person who phoned did not do their job correctly !! And all they say is sorry it's too far to drive or to go back to the depot and resend for the actual delivery date as discussed !! This affects my work and my livelihood as I needed the package on said day to actually do my work ! This is utterly unacceptable and unfair !!
