Terrible delivery performance
<p>Moving delivery date to 2 weeks later EACH time after changes to delivery has been made because CCD Couriers on BOTH times made the mistake. Been waiting 4 weeks and counting now for very important items. Would not recommend them at all.</p>

Confirming that you have been contacted and that the delivery of your FNB card will be taking place 22-05-2017.
Documents required:
• A clear copy of your ID book
• The original valid green bar-coded ID/smart ID card of the selected third party and a clear copy
• An authorization letter written by you stating that you give the selected third party permission to sign on your behalf. This letter must be dated, reflecting both your ID numbers and signed.

So the card was not delivered on 22/05/17 as per above reply.
I recieved another "CCD Couriers has been unable to contact you to arrange delivery" today (23/05/17) email although no attempt to contact me was made.
The struggle continues..............
