Terrible customer service.

I had to call four times to receive my delivery. Twice, the agent hung up while I was waiting, and once, they put me through to a driver who hung up on me after telling me he'd already left. You can't call back the driver directly, so he'd left during the three times I was on hold and getting hung up on, after having to restart the process of confirming my reference number and address.
