Terrible courier service - do NOT use!

Unfortunately Afrihost uses this pathetic courier service. My boyfriend and I ordered a wifi sim from Afrihost which was supposed to be delivered to my boyfriend's work address on a Monday. He had a meeting come up so called CCD to ask if he can change the address to my work address ****erally 800m away), and they could not accommodate us, so changed the delivery to the Tuesday. <br> <br> Tuesday went past and no one arrived, so we called the company on Tuesday afternoon and they told us that we had missed the appointment. THEY DID NOT PITCH so how did WE miss the appointment??? SO RUDE!! We then called on Wednesday morning and they said that they have put the delivery into \review"because we have already missed two appointments (BS). We told them to cancel the delivery as we would go fetch the Sim ourselves. I called back on Wednesday mid morning to complain about the service and spoke to a customer service manager who assured me that she would get back to me - SHE NEVER DID! Instead"
