Terrible Courier Company, LIES and not Safe

<p>I was supposed to receive FNB Private Banking Cheque card via CCD Couriers today between 10am to 12am. I cancelled my important meetings waiting for this CCD Couriers to deliver the card and no one came.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called CCD Couriers trying to find out what is happening and call center agent was rude and he told me that courier guy came to my house and they found my wife while I was not there and she told them that I am not around. I was in the house the whole time loosing time for important things while waiting for this **** courier guys and my wife left the house around 7am in the morning going to work, she only comes back after 5pm but here these *****elent courier guys tells me that they found my wife in the house and that I was not there. No one called from this **** courier company since morning and no one came to my house.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't trust the CCD company, I need FNB to cancel the card because it looks like these guys are not safe. They may commit ***** with my details, hence they don't want to deliver the card making up stories of my wife telling them that I am not around. It was better if this card was delivered at the nearest FNB branch so that I can fetch it whenever I had time. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
