Telemarketer tactics mean you cant deliver service
This may be overly pedantic but when you recieve 6 - 8 calls a day from a number you don't know that never leaves a voicemail I think it is fair to assume that it is just another telemarketer trying to sell you something. Perhaps if your call centre left a voicemail, or sent an email given that that information is known to you, it would be far less irritating for a customer. Unfortunately I have an actual job, so when you call me 4 times successively during office hours I can't pick up, and when I try and call the number back it goes through three different on hold services before either cutting off or being dropped without ever letting me know what company is involved. This further supports the assumption of a telemarketer contact. Imagine if on the first call you had left a voicemail directing me on how to engage with you then none of this irritation would have occurred. All other courier companies I have dealt with (DHL, Berco, etc) seem to have enough budget to pay for a voicemail, it might be worth it for you to do the same.
