TEDIOUS RIDICULOUS SERVICE

I placed an order for the new RAIN bluetooth + modem special and paid for it weeks ago and i still have not received my order. A guy from CCD couriers came today and tried to call Rain to confirm if he can deliver because i lost my ID and have only a copy AND an affidavit + POA but there was no answer from Rain and my order wasn't delivered even though i told him that according to the SMS i received i can use my ID COPY, AFFIDAVIT AND POA to get the modem / delivery. I refuse to pay a whole month's worth of something i have not used. It is now the 13th and this order was placed more than a week ago. I want to be credited for the days of delayed delivery and inconvenience or just cancel my order all together and give me my refund and i will find another supplier. So i suggest you as CCD couriers communicate with RAIN and have my order delivered ASAP / pass the message on that i want it cancelled and a refund
