Taken my Sim card and will only return it 1 week later

actually caring for your customers as you have left two retired people without internet for days! and you won't return their simcard !! and you state you can only return their property on the 15th I can send a Sim card from postnet cape town to Middleburg and it is delivered withing 24 hrs! I will never use your services nor refer you to anyone these people rely on internet for eveything please return their property !!! @rain you are just as bad
