Most terrible courier company ever!!! Om Friday a manager phone me and guaranteed my parcel will arrive today 7 October between 12 and 4. This was supposed to be a Birthday gift. Now what do I give my child on his birthday tomorrow morning????

Hi can you guys not keep to schedule? We change our whole day schedule in order to wait until you come and then last Minute you chop and change as you like "due to cargo delays" that is not MY PROBLEM. I need to have a gift ready for a boy on his Birthday now such a disappointment 😞😞

The Delivery Branch phoned me again now they want to schedule for tomorrow morning cause apparently the package is still in Transit. Tomorrow is to late for me 😞
