Struggling to obtain my FNB card from CCD

I’ve been waiting for the delivery of my FNB card for two weeks. I got an email on Thursday claiming they tried calling me and yet there’s no evidence of this on my call logs, I was then told that my card can unfortunately only be delivered today(not sure why not Friday). I’ve been trying to call them and am kept waiting to no avail. Today I get a call with the courier being at the wrong address(4th time), I then offer to guide him to my house which is 2km away in the same street and he hangs up on me. This is absolutely *******.
