Stop using this service companies or u will loose clients

The worst service ever. Companies must stop using this **** of a service. My sim card was delivered to them from the 1st of April till today I have not received my sim card. When I ask them why they tell me I must speak to the service provider to request urgent delivery. So this means their delivery usually takes more than a month anything before that its urgent delivery. Nonsense
