Terrible Experience

I recently had the misfortune of using CCD Couriers for delivery. Despite receiving an SMS promising delivery between 9-11 a.m., no one arrived.

************ Customer Service*

Upon calling the call center, I endured a lengthy wait. Eventually, they contacted the delivery agent, who shockingly claimed he lacked my address and contact details. When questioned about his intentions when collecting the parcel, he hung up on me.

*Unhelpful Management*

I called back, requesting to speak with a manager. Team Leader Ayanda dismissed my concerns, ignoring my inquiry about how the agent collected the parcel without knowing the delivery address.
